Movie Plot: In 1979, Lillian’s deputy Sheriff Jack Lamb of Ohio and his 14-year-old son Joe mourned the death of wife and mother Elizabeth who died in a workplace accident. Jack blamed Elizabeth’s co-worker, Louise Denard, as he was covering his innings as he showed up to work drunk. What is left is a locket which belongs to him.
Four months after Elizabeth’s funeral, Joe’s best friend Charles Kazanic decided to make a low-budget zombie film for a film contest. Charles Preston helps Scott, Martin Reed and Carrie McCarthy as well as Danard’s daughter Ellis. Although his father was furious, Ellis and Ellis became close to each other.
Charles filmed them a scene at a train depot at midnight. During the rehearsal, a train arrives and Charles has started filming them as the train passes to add ‘production value’. During filming, who looks at a pickup truck drive on the tracks and rubs the train, destroying the train, depot and surrounding area and separating children from each other amid the chaos.
